What an excellent choice to use HPB! All of our vintage bathrooms needed to be replaced, and the work was done with little fuss and mess, and the installation teams are excellent! I had a tile issue as well caused by a lot of shoddy repairs over the years. They did a wonderful job of putting in the groutless system that looks like part of the original design. We had to do complete bathroom renovation on our 31 year old house. Talked to every major contractor & bathroom supplier on the front range. Well at least 6 of them. Sean from HPB gave us a great ‘no hard sales’ pitch of valuable information and his products are among the best. Not the absolute cheapest in the field, but the value is there and trust was easy to develop with Sean. His crew did a great job in 11 days of installation, with no casualties during the process and no punch list of things to fix later. Custom tile and heated flooring installed perfectly and during this past month of cold weather, the master bathroom is warm, inviting, comfortable, and their design looks great. We are extremely happy with the decision to go with Sean and HPB. The range of quotes we got were $26k to $60k for our job from the vendors. We paid $27k and were glad we did. BTW: Not to mention specific sellers, but there were two of the more well-known remodelers that came in with numbers near the $60k and quickly gave the one time good deal end of month pitch to bring the job down to the high 30’s. Prepare for that tactic when you do your research, but you won’t have to worry about that with Sean from HPB.

Before contacting Half Price Baths we had received quotes from 3 other companies which came out to our house and did a full 2 hours live demo of their products. We did not go with any of those companies because (a) I felt their price was too high and (b) the sales reps were too pushy, trying to get me to sign a contract on the spot; they reminded me of car salesmen. What I liked more about the whole process is how easy it is. You submit a form, provide basic information on what you need over the phone, you get your price quote the same day as the meeting in your home and you are ready to go! We had all of our showers (4 in total) done. (I purposely waited to write this review in order to get a feel for all of their work) and I could not be more happier. Every night before I go to bed I look at our new bathroom and I tell my wife how much I love our new master bath.

I waited to post this so I had a chance to evaluate the install and see what shakes out. The installs are pristine and have had no issues in any way in that regard. I did have an issue with one of the components of the steam shower and had someone out the next day who took care of it quickly.
